PuroWipe is a new independent online shop. We ship direct from our fulfillment partners, which keeps prices low and makes delivery take longer than big marketplaces. The policies below explain exactly what to expect.

Shipping policy

We ship to all 50 US states. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Standard tracked shipping is $4.95, and FREE on orders over $29. Estimated delivery is 10–20 business days after processing, as items ship direct from our overseas fulfillment partners. You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Delays can occasionally happen with customs or carriers; if your order hasn't arrived within 30 business days, contact us for a replacement or refund.

Returns & refunds

We offer a 30-day return window from the delivery date. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, email us with your order number and a photo and we'll send a free replacement or a full refund — no need to ship it back. For a change-of-mind return, the item must be unused and in its original packaging; the customer covers return shipping, and we refund the product price once we're notified. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval. We do not restock used hygiene items for health reasons.

Privacy policy

We collect only what we need to fulfill your order: name, shipping address, email, and the order details. Payment is handled by our PCI-compliant payment processor — we never see or store your full card number. We share your shipping details with our fulfillment and carrier partners solely to deliver your order. With your consent we may email you about your order and occasional offers; you can unsubscribe anytime. If this site runs advertising, a cookie-based analytics/advertising pixel (e.g. Meta Pixel) may record anonymized browsing events to measure ads; you can opt out via your browser or ad-settings. We never sell your personal data. To access or delete your data, email us.

Terms of service

By placing an order you agree that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to use the payment method. Prices are in US dollars and may change without notice; we honor the price shown at checkout. Product images and descriptions are provided in good faith; natural-material and handmade items may vary slightly. PuroWipe's liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. These terms are governed by applicable US consumer-protection law. We may update these terms; the current version always lives on this page.
